2. What I collect
- Growth Audit form: your name, work email, organisation name, website, role, organisation type, approximate monthly enquiries, biggest challenge, preferred contact method (email or LINE), and the page and campaign that brought you here (UTM tags).

3. Why I use it (purpose of use)
- To prepare your Growth Audit and contact you about it.
- To arrange and hold calls you book.
- To send follow-up emails about your audit, and the newsletter if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To understand which pages and ads work, so I can improve the site (only with your consent).
- To keep records needed for invoicing and legal obligations if we work together.
I do not sell your personal information.
4. Who I share it with
I use these service providers to run the site and my business. They process data on my behalf:

5. Cookies and external transmission
When you first visit, a banner asks for your consent. Analytics and advertising tools load only after you click Accept. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie settings link.
With your consent, the following tools send information from your browser to outside parties:

6. How long I keep it
I keep audit and enquiry details for 24 months after our last contact, then delete them. If we work together, I keep client and invoicing records for as long as Japanese tax law requires. Newsletter subscribers are kept until they unsubscribe.
7. Your rights
You can ask me to show, correct, delete or stop using the personal information I hold about you, or to stop sharing it with third parties. Email anthony@anthonyogunleye.com and I will reply within 14 days.
